Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size — please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? Email [hello@theslopchest.com] within [30] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost parcel? If tracking hasn't moved in [X] days, contact us and we'll chase it down.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few days to process them. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
